Enclosing Asbestos
When removal is not reasonably practicable one management option is Enclosure. Generally

Environmental Cleaning
Environmental cleaning involves vacuuming and wet wiping of surfaces, it may also involve encapsulation if the material is porous meaning it cannot be effectively cleaned. Environmental Cleaning forms part of every bonded and friable removal, but may also be a suitable remediation measure on its own in some scenarios.
